Privacy

Short version: the names and message you type never leave your phone. Posters are drawn by your own browser. We have no accounts, no cookies and no third-party trackers.
What stays on your device
- Names, the message and your design choices — used only to draw the poster in your browser, and kept in your browser's local storage so a refresh doesn't lose your work.
- A record of dates you've unlocked, so you don't have to pay twice on the same phone.
You can clear all of it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
What reaches our server
- If you buy: the poster's date (not the names), the amount, the Razorpay order and payment IDs, and when it happened. We keep this so "Restore purchase" works and for our accounts and tax records.
- Anonymous counts such as "a poster was downloaded today". Only the event name and the day are stored — no ID, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
- Abuse limits: to stop automated misuse we count requests per day using a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. These counters are deleted daily.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your UPI, card or bank details go to Razorpay, never to us. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to that step.
Hosting
Tareekh runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your choices
To delete a purchase record, email dev@udbhav.uk with your payment ID. Deleting it means we can no longer restore that purchase for you.
Children
Tareekh is meant for people who can make purchases on their own; it collects no personal information from anyone.
