Delivery

Tareekh is a digital product. There is nothing shipped. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the date unlocks on the page and you can download the A4 print file (2480 × 3508 px, 300 dpi) and the story image (1080 × 1920 px) straight away, as many times as you like.

If your browser closed during payment, tap Restore purchase and enter the payment ID (starts with pay_) from your Razorpay receipt or SMS.

Refunds

• Charged but can't download? Email us your payment ID. If we can't get it working for you, we refund in full.
• Paid twice for the same date by mistake? We refund the duplicate.
• A fact on your poster is wrong? Tell us. We'll correct the data; if you'd rather have your money back, we refund.

Because the files are delivered instantly and can be kept forever, we don't otherwise refund a poster after it has been unlocked. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
